Russell IP Launches UK Address For Service (AfS) Microsite

Russell IP UK AfS

From 1 January 2021, and subject to implementation timetabling, an Address for Service (AfS) in the UK, Gibraltar or the Channel Islands will be needed for new UK patent, trade mark and registered design application filings.

In connection with this, Russell IP has launched a microsite devoted to the new AfS changes here.
